Fashion for Change 2014: Prime Time
Simply Giovanna's fashion scene, as featured in Fashion for Change's Annual Charity Fashion Show in support of Free the Children's Adopt A Village Campaign. This year, we decided to explore the world of textiles and fabrics, designing and creating 10 outfits for the runway. Each outfit is created by our designer, Giovanna, and accessorized with jewelry by Simply Giovanna.
Inspired by the HBO television series, Game of Thrones, Simply Giovanna's fashion scene followed a lead female character from the show named Daenerys Targaryen. As a Khaleesi of the Dothraki Tribe she was married into, Dany was a queen, a liberator of slaves, and the mother of dragons. The outfits from this fashion scene was inspired by the various stages of Dany's life and the fashion styles of the many cities she travelled through.
